2nd Anniversary

We celebrated our 2nd Anniversary with a tour of the Labor & Delivery department at one of the hospitals and then went out to dinner.

I made sure I wore a maternity shirt to actually look pregnant (T-shirts for teaching PE don't always cut it). Here is the front and side views at 24 weeks! Baby Monty is checking out well still according to doc. He's starting to kick, punch, roll and who knows what else a lot more these days, which is a very cool experience -- just need him to kick me hard enough so Jimmy can feel now!

HOLY COW -- this really makes me think we need to get our rears in gear and get super ready for the baby to get here! More than half-way folks!

You Can Vote However You Like

So I've been singing this song all day and dancing around the Field House -- got some funny looks from my students, but it is such a great idea. They are 6th graders from Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta, GA and are pretty amazing.

ND - Pitt Football Game

Jim's Uncle Mike had tickets to the Notre Dame football game versus Pitt on Nov. 1st and we got to attend -- I was stoked for my first ND game!!! They lost in the 4th overtime, but it was great!

We were in the south endzone, upper balcony and had a great view of Touchdown Jesus.

The band spells "ND" as the players run onto the field...Play Like a Champion Today!

Jim, myself and Baby Monty at the game.

John, Uncle Mike and Jimmy enjoying a break in the action as the sprinkling system turned on during the 1st overtime. Luckily the action was on the other end of the field.
